Unless you like a super carb load for the day, skip it. PROS: *VERY comfortable bed, good pillows, soft linens *Bathroom & vanity are "ok" - low water pressure in both shower and sink *Good location if you need to be in Prattville area - just off highway, close to shopping and restaurants *Friendly staff (however, they seemed aware of the noise problems, just not able or willing to fix them). This is a updated looking Holiday Inn Express: Modern touches in lobby and breakfast area. I'm usually very happy with Holiday Inn Express properties, but this one, meh, not so much. I will definitely stay there the next time I travel to this area. Also, the room was awesome! The room was spacious and comfortable. After returning from dinner I found the hotel to be calm and relaxed. As with anyone traveling on business, this is always a concern knowing that you have early morning meetings and a commute to get to your location so I was worried about how the night would go. Upon leaving for dinner, I learned there were several (and by several I mean A LOT) of 9-10 year old girl ball players and their families staying at the hotel. At check-in, the staff was very friendly and it didn't take any time to get settled in my room. I am known for staying in much more expensive hotels (Omni, Marriott, Indigo, etc.) for business, but I must say that even though this is not the same sort of hotel that I am accustomed to, I received nothing but the best service throughout my stay. Joan R.Recently I traveled to Prattville on business that I had in Montgomery due to its close proximity and wanting to stay in a more low-key location than downtown Montgomery. It sure was comforting to know they were taken great care of while staying there. If not, then you should hire more like him or at least let him train them on customer service! Please thank him for my parents and myself. Finally, their last day, guess who checked them out? Yep, Jesse James! I'm not sure about the other employees who work their, but if they are anything like Jesse, you have a wonderful staff. They had never stayed in a hotel where the room would pass any military inspection. On another day, he was cleaning their room and said that his attention to detail was outstanding. She said it was so nice to be greeted with a warm smile and for someone to explain everything. They said that he was the most helpful, and friendliest hotel clerk, they had ever dealt with. They said they were greeted by the nicest, "Outlaw" ever! Ha! Both my mother and father-in-law raved about the front desk clerk.

They said his name was Jesse James, which they truly got a kick out of. However, the one thing that my in-laws (who travel a lot) continued to rave about was the front desk clerk. They stated the location was great and the accommodations were really nice. I recently booked a room for out-of-town family at this hotel.
